Toowoon Bay Studio
As part of the Toowoon Bay Renovation undertaken by www.kyalandkara.com.au they wanted a backyard, self-contained studio. The brief was for a light-filled space with a good flow between indoors and outdoors. Basically a stylish and modern beach shack. At only 60sqm raked ceilings and skylights give the illusion of space while a simple layout allows for an open plan living area, bathroom, two bedrooms and a front deck.
