Husband and wife team, Megan and Craig Etchells, both studied Architectural Technology, meeting when they worked together for a prominent project building company. After over 10 years in the industry Megan and Craig started their own practice, Etchells Building Design. Etchells has now been designing residential projects for over 15 years, specialising in new builds and renovations.

At Etchells, Craig tends to be the visionary and loves the cutting-edge technology used to create stunning homes. Megan has always had a passion for design and has loved drawing up plans since childhood – it’s Megan who interprets the designs to create accurate working plans for each project.

Good design doesn’t necessarily cost more but is essential in realising your dream home and nurturing your investment. Our homes have great aesthetics, are practical and imaginative, but just as importantly they work within your budget. Etchells is a passionate advocate of environmentally sustainable design and we consider this factor in all our projects.
We bring your design to life
We use the latest computer technology to create three dimensional models of your home, an exciting process that allows you to see the building come to life. Our clients love this feature – an easy to use tool that means you can virtually ‘walk’ around your new home. You can even take measurements (maybe you’ve seen a sofa you love!) and if you’re technically inclined, the real-time cutaway function means you can view the construction details within the model.
